Project for H&M Group: automation of creation of technical documents. Plugins that export technical information about a product or a print into a technical document. Leading all phases of the project: feasibility study, business case, user survey and priority mapping, planning, development, documentation, testing, release.
 

Result: released product plugin to 800 users; released the print plugin to 20 users; reduced the post-production speed:
 

• creation of print documentation: 40 minutes -> 2 minutes

• creation of product documentation: 120 minutes -> 5 minutes
